Small water, big demands
A spa holds a fraction of a pool's water, runs hot and gets a lot of bodies per litre. That's why it goes cloudy, foamy or smelly so quickly if it's left. The fix is regular care and a periodic full reset, not just tipping in more chlorine.

Spa services
Regular spa care
Test, balance, sanitise, wipe the waterline and rinse the filter. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly to suit how often you use it.
Drain & refill reset
A pipe flush to clear built-up biofilm, full drain, shell clean, refill and fresh balance. Most spas benefit from this every three to four months.
Filter cleaning
Proper soak and clean of cartridge filters, and advice on when they're past their best.
Problem solving
Foam, cloudiness, smells, itchy skin or green water. We'll find the cause rather than mask it.
